Gilligan’s Winter: Chill Out with Us
Gilligan’s, winterized. The tropical oasis has transformed for the colder season with a new menu to match. Yes, we have heaters too! Dine-in or take-out some of our seasonal favorites, paired with warm delicious cocktails. We’re loving the freshly baked Ricotta & Pita with blood orange, the Oysters Rockefeller a la spinach, parmesan, and garlic toast and a warm cup of New England Clam Chowder with guanciale and new potatoes. For mains, we’re trading the cold lobster roll for a hot one and topping it with warm melted butter; and introducing a whole new slew of stone-oven pizzas with seasonal ingredients, like the Wild Mushroom and Spinach Herb. And dessert is a must with a Warm Double Fudge Brownie, Caramelized Banana Pot de Creme, or Double Dark Hot Chocolate. Take your pick.
