Role Overview
Under the guidance of the Food and Beverage Director, the F&B Office Manager oversees F&B accounting, administrative needs, and daily office operations. Further responsibilities include assisting with the management of minibar operations and coordinating large party reservations by booking reservations, communicating contracts, event costs, and organization of venue details. The F&B Office Manager effectively communicates and interacts with guests while providing genuine, timely, and seamless customer service. Also, they act as a liaison between vendors and the Soho Grand Hotel. The F&B Office Manager followins Soho Grand’s Service Culture and achieves stated objectives in sales, accounting and budget goals, guest relations, professionalism, positive teamwork, and organization.
